Ancient Yaw Min Gyi Brick Monastery Care Needy

Ancient Brick Monastery built by Yaw Min Gyi U Bo Hlaing in 1866 Mandalay Yadanarbon Period, was nowadays 145 years old.
        The Monastery was enlisted as Ancient Myanmar Culture Heritage taken care by the Department of Archaeology.
       The Yaw Min Gyi Brick Monastery is located at Oo Bote Taw Quarter in Aung Myay Thar Zan Township, Mandalay City.
        The complete Title of the Monastery is “Eit Htar Karyarma Yaw Min Gyi Brick Monastery.”
        In 1945 Japanese Revolution, 4 bombs dropped by English hit the old Monastery burnt all wooden infrastructure, only Brick Building Body remained with damaged Cement Flower decorataions.
        Therefore from 16th December 1998 to 2003  the respective responsible persons of various levels rennovated as if it were origin old.
        Yaw Min Gyi Monastery was the Arts_ Myanamar Architecture and European Infrastructure Mix _ observed and interested by Domestic and Foreign Historians and Architects.
        Nowadays the old Monastery was non-guarded; visited drunkards and couples there appointed was found.
       “Security Guards and Barriers were  needed and if in front of the monastery and vicinity round were green by flowers and trees; if Yaw Min Gyi U Pho Hlaing’s Image were kept; if designs and decorations were prepared; etc., Tourists would be more interested,” suggested the Local Inhabitants.
