iMyanmar House organized a property expo for 9th Avenue Residence, developed by Hillman Land Company in Pyin Oo Lwin Township. The event was held at Melia Hotel in Yangon on June 15-16 and managed to sell every residence.
At the expo, the developer offered a two-year term and interest-free loans to buyers.
The project includes 27 mansions developed on 5 acres of land located three miles away from the center of the town. The developer sold the mansions with land ownership.
“We developed this project with our best effort,” said U Lwin Naing Kyaw, Managing Director of Hillman Land Company, “I think this success is the result of collaboration between the company, which has deep market experience, and us, who are well-prepared.”
The company also offers maintenance services and landscaping services and plans to offer landed-house services for buyers who want to rent the property after purchasing.
Every mansion has aircon, window screens, vinyl flooring, and parquet floored bedrooms and study rooms.
Bedrooms, kitchen and verandah are floored with marble tiles and the doors are made of aluminum and tempered glass.
